Nike SB Day One Skate Shoes for Kids Finally a skate shoe that is made especially for you. The Nike SB Day One is the first Nike skate shoe made especially for kids. The skate-specific sole and Zoom Air unit give you the grip and cushioning you need to keep pushing and trying new tricks. We added mesh to the top to make them breathable, because we know you like to skate all day (and no one likes smelly feet). Air you feel: Springy Zoom Air cushioning in the forefoot delivers a quick-off-the-ground feel, keeping every push and ollie comfortable. Cup sole construction? What are you saying? We used a process called cup sole construction to create these shoes. It means that the bottom and top of the shoe are two separate pieces that are sewn together. When skating, a cup sole construction can mean more stability and strength. Boardfeel We know how important it is for you to feel the board under your feet. That is one of the things that makes flexible shoes so great. We've removed the excess foam from these shoes to reduce their overall weight and increase their flexibility. Sturdy and ventilated Sturdy suede overlays fit easily and give you that feeling you love. Mesh provides ventilation so you never have to end your skating session early because of warm feet. Rubberized lace ends provide extra strength and will not fray. Suede tab on the heel makes it easy to put on the shoe.
