Are products covered by a warranty?

All of our items are under the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product you ordered has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@skatestore.com.


I would like to return a product.


No problem. You can return the product to Skatestore B.V., Edelgasstraat 169, 2718 TG in Zoetermeer within 14 days of receipt. The product has to be unused and returned in its original packaging, including hangtags. If you need an additional 14 days to return your order, please register your return via info@skatestore.nl. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us.

 

ATTENTION:

  • An online purchase, or a part of it, may be returned within 14 days of receiving them. This takes effect after the day of receipt of the products. After the notification that you have canceled the purchase, you still have 14 days to return the product.
  • A return can only be taken into consideration if the product and original packaging (e.g. a shoe box) are undamaged and this form has been signed.
  • Clothing can only be returned if it has not been worn or washed. It is always possible to try it on for fit and size purposes.
  • The returned product must include the original barcode and all product hangtags.
  • For hygienic reasons, underwear, socks and face masks must be unused and undamaged, with all original labels and hang tags still attached.
  • Promotions: In the case of a received free product with an order: the promotion expires if the main product is returned. This means that the free product received must also be returned. If not, the retail sale value will be charged.A deck you have already gripped can not be returned
  • In case of a return, feel free to choose a carrier of your preference
  • Register your parcel at the carrier and they will provide you with a return label

Returning orders from within the EU.


If a whole order is returned, the full order amount will be reimbursed (cost of product + original shipping) within 30 days. In case of a partial return, the product price will be refunded.

Returning orders from outside of the EU.


If a whole or partial order is returned, the cost of product will be reimbursed within 30 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

I have placed an order but I would like to change or cancel it

It is possible to change or cancel an order, but this requires swift action. Almost all of our orders are shipped on the very same day as they are placed, so contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change something about your order. We advise you to call us at +31 (0)70 206 06 60

We try our uttermost to provide the best service to our customers. In case you happen to have a complaint about our service or products, please contact us. We try our best to get back to you within three days and offer a suitable solution.
