We normally only ship on working days from Monday to Friday. There are some exceptions during the Christmas holidays 2024:
- We do not ship on December 25, 26 and 27 and on January 1. Please note that your package will be shipped the next working day.

Which carrier will deliver my package?
We cooperate with several carriers. If your order has a destination outside of The Netherlands, the delivery will be completed by a local carrier. In general, this is your national carrier.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from the processing carrier with your tracking number. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
